Mindy Lander

Mindy Lander, MSW, currently serves as the Senior Sourcing Lead for Executive Recruiting at Merck since February 2022. Prior to this role, Mindy held the position of VP, Healthcare Recruitment at Response Companies from January 2009 to February 2022. Mindy's experience includes serving as the Director of Accounting & Finance Recruitment at FPC of New York City and working as a Psychiatric Social Worker at Metropolitan Hospital. Mindy also has a background as a Group Home Social Worker at JCCA and completed a Social Work Internship at New Orleans Adolescent Hospital. Mindy's early career experience includes roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at Tulane University.
