Krishna Kiran

Krishna Kiran is the Head of Talent Experience at Mercor, where the mission focuses on assisting a billion people in finding their next job. In addition to this role, Krishna Kiran has been teaching career growth workshops through the Career Accelerator Bootcamp since October 2021. Prior to Mercor, Krishna Kiran was the founder of Profile.fyi, which was acquired by Mercor, and served as VP Engineering at BetterUp, focusing on hiring mission-driven leaders. Between 2010 and 2022, Krishna Kiran held various engineering leadership positions at Amazon, culminating in the role of Head of Engineering for Amazon Pay US, and previously worked as a Computer Scientist at Adobe Systems with notable contributions to product releases and patent filings. Education was obtained from Visvesvaraya Technological University, earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science.
