With a career at Mercuri Urval since March 2001, Rik has advanced through various leadership roles, including Partner & Director of International Business, Senior Vice President International Business, and Vice President Global Client Services. Prior to this, Rik gained valuable experience as a Managing Consultant and Consultant in the Netherlands. Educational qualifications include training from the International Coach Federation and a degree in Management Consultancy from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
