Currently serving as the Delivery and Practice Head at Mercurius IT since June 2019, Naresh also operates as a freelance consultant and corporate trainer, specializing in Agile practices. Naresh holds a PMP certification and is an NLP Practitioner, having completed the ACTP from Results Coaching Systems. Naresh's prior role as Global Head of Training Delivery & Talent Development at HSBC Global Technology India focused on enhancing the skills of a large IT team, while earlier experience at L&T Infotech Ltd involved various managerial roles that spanned project and account management. Naresh possesses an engineering degree from Pune University and a Master's in Management Science.
