Lydia Hanna is a seasoned software engineer currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer II at Mercury since March 2023. Prior experience includes a Senior Software Engineer role at West Monroe from July 2019 to March 2023, where Lydia also held positions as a Software Engineer and Data Engineer. As a co-founder at both Noveus Capital (2019-2020) and Atland Ventures (2018-2019), Lydia has demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise. Lydia began professional development with a Data Engineering Internship at West Monroe Partners in 2018 and held internships in product management at Deluxe and project management at Kilbourne Group in 2017 and 2016, respectively. Lydia graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Entrepreneurial Management in 2019.
