Joshua Matthews

Joshua Matthews has extensive experience in finance and operations management within various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of FP&A at Mercury Systems since November 2023, Joshua previously held the position of Director of Finance at BAE Systems from February 2015 to November 2023, where career progression included roles as Senior Financial Analyst and Senior Finance Manager. Prior to BAE Systems, Joshua was Controller at Jewett Construction Co., Inc. and Director of Operations Finance at DRS Technologies, Inc. Additionally, Joshua has experience as a Senior Financial Analyst at BAE Systems and as a Financial Analyst for the USAF. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business from Western New England University and dual BS degrees in Business and Sport Management from Southern New Hampshire University and New Hampshire College.
