Phillip Menkel

Phillip Menkel possesses extensive experience in information security, currently serving as the Executive Director of Information Security at Mercy since July 2003. Prior roles at Mercy include Director of Information Security, Lead IT Architect, Manager of System Security, and Security Architect. Prior to joining Mercy, Phillip worked in IT consulting at SSM Health Care for a brief period in 2003 and served as a Senior Consultant at Quilogy from January 1999 to January 2003. Early career experience includes a student employee position at Missouri S&T from March 1996 to October 1998. Phillip holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, earned between 1992 and 1998, and graduated from Claremore High School from 1988 to 1992.
