Zack Dawson

Zack Dawson, DPT, FACHE, MBA, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Mercy since February 2019, having previously held multiple vice president roles focusing on operations and post-acute services within the organization. Prior to Mercy, Zack Dawson was with Select Medical from May 2016 to February 2019 as Market Chief Executive Officer and held various executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, Zack Dawson has a decade of service in the US Army as a Captain and Medical Officer, and has worked in rehabilitation roles at Aegis Therapies and Physio. Academic contributions include serving as Clinical Faculty at Duquesne University and an Adjunct Professor at California University of Pennsylvania. Zack Dawson holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Chatham University, an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Gerontology and an Associate of Science in Pre-Physical Therapy Studies from PennWest California.
