Salim Bensmail is an experienced professional in urban resilience and finance, currently serving as the Executive Director and Head of The Urban Resilience Fund (TURF) at Meridiam since October 2021. Bensmail has been a member of the Financing Committee at Société du Grand Paris since January 2020 and held the role of Visiting Fellow of Practice at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford from January to December 2022.
