Corey Washington

Corey Washington is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Principal at Meridian Compensation Partners, LLC since July 2025, Corey previously held the position of Global Head of Compensation at Millennium from June 2023 to June 2025. Corey's prior roles include leadership positions at New York Life Insurance Company, where responsibilities encompassed executive compensation and governance from June 2017 to June 2023, and at Brown Brothers Harriman as Head of Compensation for Private Banking, Investment Management, and Infrastructure from May 2015 to June 2017. Additional experience includes Vice President roles at BNY Mellon and Barclays Capital, and managerial positions at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. Corey holds a Dual MBA in Finance and Accounting from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor of Sciences in Actuarial Science from the University at Albany.
