Anita Soczka is a seasoned HR and marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership, culture building, and talent management. Currently serving as a Co Organizer at HR, tej!, Anita is dedicated to creating networking platforms for HR professionals. As the Head of People & Culture at Merixstudio since March 2015, Anita has implemented HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture and enhance employee experiences. Previous roles include co-founding the mobile app Łappka, PR and Marketing Manager at Poznan Valley, and various positions in PR and marketing across different companies, showcasing a strong background in integrated marketing communications. Anita holds a Master’s degree in Journalism and Social Communication from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, along with postgraduate studies in Graphic Design.
