David Starkweather is a seasoned professional in digital marketing and business analysis, currently serving as Sr Director, Delivery Lead at Merkle since March 2021. In this role, David leads and scales a practice of over 60 Product Owners, Functional Consultants, and Business Analysts, focusing on delivering excellence in digital experience and commerce projects. Prior to this, David held various leadership positions at DEG, a Merkle Company, where significant growth and standardization of the Digital Experience practice were achieved. David's previous experience includes successful tenures at VinSolutions, MMGY Global, VML, and Russell Stover Candies, showcasing a strong background in digital strategy, project management, and business development. Education was completed at The University of Kansas with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies.
