István Vitlinger has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. István has held various roles in different companies, including Head of Group IT Infrastructure Services at MET Group since December 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a Site IT Manager at GE Aerospace from May 2016 to September 2018. From November 2013 to May 2016, István served as a Senior IT Program&Project Manager at Citi. Before that, they worked at T-Systems International GmbH, where they started as a Backup System Administrator in March 2009 and then became a Team Leader / Head of Department Deputy from September 2010 to November 2013. István began their career as a Secondary School English Language Teacher at Sipkay Barna Secondary School of Catering, Trading and Tourism from August 2004 to December 2008.
István Vitlinger attended the University of Nyíregyháza from 1999 to 2003. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a focus on IT/Computer Science.
