Nnena Ukuku is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and privacy counsel. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Privacy Counsel Secondee at Meta since April 2020, Nnena provides strategic legal advice to senior management and oversees outside counsel. Previously, Nnena held the position of Vice President Legal Affairs at Samba TV, focusing on corporate counsel for management strategies. As the Partner and Founder of Venture Gained Legal from September 2010 to June 2018, Nnena delivered transactional legal services to emerging tech companies and non-profits. Additional roles include CEO of Black Founders Startup Ventures, Principal at Ukuku Law, and multiple internships that provided foundational legal experience. Nnena holds a Juris Doctor degree from Mercer University - Walter F. George School of Law.
