Paritosh Desai serves as the Senior Director of Engineering for AI for Ads at Meta, where responsibilities include enhancing AI capabilities across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram since February 2023. Previously, Desai was a Senior Director of Engineering at Google, overseeing the Ads Delivery stack, and held an advisory position at Comlinkdata. As the SVP and Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Target, Desai established a centralized data and AI function, promoting modern engineering practices and fostering cross-functional partnerships. Experience also includes leadership roles at Gap Inc Direct and DemandTec, focusing on customer behavior analytics and econometric modeling in retail. Paritosh Desai holds a PhD in Operations Research and an MS in Mathematics from Stanford University, along with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
