Ragavan Srinivasan serves as Vice President of Product at Meta since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ragavan worked at General Catalyst from January 2022 to September 2023, focusing on Responsible Innovation and partnering with founders utilizing AI and machine learning to innovate industries. Ragavan held the position of Partner and Head of Product for Facebook AI from September 2012 to December 2021, leading the Product Management function for the central innovation team. Before that, Ragavan was Director of Product for Mozilla Corporation, managing the HTML5 Apps initiative from June 2009 to August 2012. Ragavan also co-founded Kids on Computers, where efforts were made to establish computer labs in developing countries. Earlier experience includes roles at VMware and Hewlett-Packard Company, primarily in open source initiatives. Ragavan obtained a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech between 1999 and 2000.
