Ajay Deewan

A gold medalist in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Jaipur, Ajay has around 16 years of people management, pre-sales, account management, project management, technology consulting, design, and development experience in the IT industry; and presents a unique combination of project management and technical expertise with excellent problem-solving skills. He currently heads the Salesforce.com practice at Metacube and has been with the company since 2006.

With a strong understanding of the client's business, willingness to be in the trenches doing the heavy technical lifting, excellent mentoring skills, and uncompromising work standards to help people reach their full potential, and ability to gain trust and create a strong bond with people around him, the Metacube Salesforce practice has grown manifolds under Ajay's leadership in 6 years.

Before Metacube, Ajay co-founded Calance.com and helped grow the company from 5 to 100 in about 2 years. He has also worked in various capacities with Sapient, and Cognizant in the past. He is the author and reviewer of various Salesforce books.

Ajay loves to spend time with his family, is an excellent badminton player, and likes to go on long drives if and when he has spare time.
