Catherine Kevett

Catherine Kevett is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in global roles. Currently serving as the Global Head of Enterprise Learning & Development and Vice President of Human Resources for Global Functions at MetLife, Catherine's previous positions include Global Head of Human Resources for Pharmaceuticals R&D Therapeutic Areas and Head of Human Resources for US Pharmaceuticals R&D and Global Discovery at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Catherine's career with Johnson & Johnson also includes roles such as Head of Human Resources for North America Finance and Global Human Resources Director. Earlier experience includes managerial positions in talent management and organizational development at Janssen and ARAMARK. Catherine holds an M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and is a Certified Professional Coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
