Connor Downs

Connor Downs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and data protection. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Metomic since January 2025, Connor specializes in safeguarding sensitive data in SaaS applications. Prior to Metomic, Connor founded and directed Vibe Entertainment from January 2023, held multiple leadership roles at Spendesk from February 2020 to January 2025, and acted as an Ambassador at CFO Connect during the same period. Connor's earlier roles include Senior Customer Success Manager positions at Dojo and SAP Concur, as well as various managerial and technical consulting positions at SAP Concur from 2012 to 2019.
