Frank Rowsell is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and network engineering. Currently serving as Engineering Director and Group Consulting Director at Metricell since January 2016, Rowsell leads the international consulting group, delivering significant client results. Previously, Rowsell held various technical and managerial roles at LCC United Kingdom from 1998 to 2016, culminating in the position of Technical Director, where substantial growth was achieved within the engineering team. Earlier roles involved consulting and project management for major telecommunications projects in Europe, North America, and Latin America. Rowsell's career began at GEC Telecommunications Ltd, with foundational engineering training at Imperial College London, where a BSc(Eng) in Electrical Engineering was earned.
