Jaydeep Ghosh

Jaydeep Ghosh is an experienced Quality Assurance Manager currently at Metro Trains Melbourne since August 2022, with a robust background spanning over two decades in quality management and engineering. Previously serving as Project Quality Manager at Leidos Australia from October 2014 to August 2022, Jaydeep led various CIOG projects and successfully handled numerous quality assurance initiatives. Earlier roles include Quality Engineer and Inspection Services Coordinator at WorleyParsons, where significant projects included the Esso Kipper Mercury Removal Project and the Total Upstream Nigeria's Egina FPSO early works. Jaydeep has also held managerial positions at BAE Systems, implementing systems for quality performance, and has a history of reducing product defects at Walker Exhaust. Educationally, Jaydeep holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
