Eli Chan

Eli Chan, CPHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in compensation and project management. Currently serving as Lead Compensation Advisor at Metro Vancouver since January 2021, Eli specializes in job evaluation and organizational redesign strategies. Previous roles include Project Manager Consultant at Kincentric and Aon, where expertise in employee engagement and organizational culture was demonstrated. Eli has also held the position of Senior Compensation Analyst at Mercer and contributed to HR education as a Teaching Assistant at The University of British Columbia. Earlier experiences include customer service at Sandman Hotel Group and internships in labour relations at Lafarge and accounting at Mavi Jeans. Eli holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Human Resources from The University of British Columbia.
