Pauli Sylwar

Pauli Sylwar, an Associate member of the CIPD, is a Talent Advisor and Recruitment Business Partner at Metro Bank (UK) since January 2020, where expertise encompasses large-scale recruitment across diverse business areas such as Technology and Banking Operations.
