Eric Cliche

Eric Cliche is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in property acquisition and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Property Acquisition in Pre-Construction Services at Metrolinx since November 2018, Eric has expertise in acquiring real estate and property rights to support transit infrastructure projects. Previous roles at Metrolinx include Manager of Property Acquisition and Realty Services Officer. Before joining Metrolinx, Eric worked as an Account Specialist at U.S. Bank Canada, focusing on client relationship management and operational problem resolution. Eric also has extensive experience at Rogers Communications, where roles included Manager of Real Estate and Real Estate Analyst, overseeing co-location applications and lease negotiations. Eric holds Bachelor's Degrees in Law from Western University and Université Laval.
