Theresa Kahnert

Theresa Kahnert has an extensive career in facility and customer operations management spanning over three decades. At Metrolinx since September 2018, Theresa serves as Manager of Facility Operations and Maintenance-Cleaning, previously holding titles such as Assistant Manager of Station Operations Controllers and Assistant Manager of Stations Services East. Prior to Metrolinx, Theresa worked at VIA Rail Canada for 35 years, culminating as the Manager of Customer Experience Central Region, where responsibilities included supervising and developing unionized staff, managing customer service operations across various stations, and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
