Yousuf Mustafa

Yousuf Mustafa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and reporting across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Reporting Specialist at Metrolinx since May 2022, Yousuf leads a team of data analysts and has successfully launched the first portfolio of Power BI reports for procurement senior leadership. Previously, as Acting Manager of Business Performance & Reporting, Yousuf supported over 200 staff in KPI development and financial reporting, creating a suite of dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform. Yousuf's background includes roles at The Home Depot Canada as a DC Operations Planning Analyst and at Greenhouse as an Operations Data Analyst, where significant efficiency improvements were achieved. Yousuf also possesses experience in analytics and process engineering from positions at AMD, HGC Engineering, Canada Post, University Health Network, Deloitte, and HOOPP. Yousuf holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
