Richard von Glahn

Richard Von Glahn is an experienced professional in customer care and operations, currently serving as the Director of Call Center Operations / Customer Experience at MetroPlusHealth since March 2021. Previously, Richard held the position of Director of Customer Care Operations at Mattress Firm from December 2015 to March 2021, after the company's acquisition of Sleepy's, where Richard also served as Director of Customer Care Operations from December 2010 to December 2015.
