Krupa Tijare is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Management at Metropolis Healthcare since September 2023, Krupa previously held the position of Group Human Resources Manager at Inventia Healthcare Limited and HR Manager at Dr. Lal PathLabs, where responsibilities included supporting over 900 employees through strategic HR initiatives and projects focused on retention management and talent development. With a solid foundation in HR operations from roles at Dr. Lal PathLabs, Bio-rad Medisys Pvt Ltd, and earlier experiences as an HR recruiter and intern, Krupa holds a Master's in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations as well as a Bachelor of Pharmacy and additional training in "Train The Trainer" from Dale Carnegie Training.
