Ralph Wahrlich is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in UNIX and Linux system administration. Currently serving as a Senior Linux Engineer at MetService since May 2012, Ralph previously held positions as a Senior Systems Engineer at Gen-i, where responsibilities included ongoing operational support for UNIX systems, and as a UNIX Systems Manager at Victoria University of Wellington, overseeing UNIX computing facilities. Earlier in their career, Ralph worked as a Unix Systems Administrator at Indo-Pacific Energy. Ralph holds a Master of Science in Meteorology and two undergraduate degrees—BSc Honours in Geophysics and a Bachelor of Science in Physics, all obtained from Victoria University of Wellington.
