Steve Cianci

Steve Cianci is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and leadership roles across the construction and equipment industry. Currently serving as Vice President, Americas at Metso since 2020, Cianci is responsible for aggregates crushing and screening equipment, aftermarket spares & wears sales, and field service support in the Americas region. Prior to Metso, Cianci held the role of Vice President for North America at CNH Industrial, where significant initiatives included launching sales programs that increased market share and enhancing product quality standards. Previous positions also include Vice President of Mobile Equipment, Americas at Kalmar, where unit order intake grew over 50% in the first year, and Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Americas at Mitsubishi Logisnext, focusing on sales, business development, and strategic partnerships. Cianci holds an MBA with honors from Roosevelt University and has completed advanced coursework at multiple esteemed institutions.
