Elena Volovik

Elena Volovik is a seasoned risk management professional, currently serving as Vice President in Americas Risk Management at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ since June 2013. In this role, Elena conducts risk assessments on enterprise-wide strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions and major technology implementations while enhancing program accountability across the organization. Prior to this position, Elena worked at Deloitte & Touche from October 2005 to June 2013, managing risk assessment and compliance projects, and served as a Senior Consultant at SATS Technologies, performing enterprise-wide risk assessments. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Senior Business Analyst at E*TRADE Financial and Manager of Software Quality at Breveon Inc. Elena Volovik holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University and a BA in Business Finance from California State University-Fullerton.
