Brett Demshar

Brett Demshar is an experienced leader in lean manufacturing and operational excellence, currently serving as the Head of Lean and Operational Excellence for North America at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. since November 2018. Prior to this role, Brett was the Lean Manufacturing/EHS Manager at Mettler-Toledo Rainin, LLC, where responsibilities included leading lean transformations within the Supply Chain and Operations team. Brett's extensive background includes significant positions at Henkel Corp in various operational roles, including Plant Manager and Director of Operations, where emphasis was placed on cultivating a positive work culture and ensuring safe, ethical operations. Early career experiences include roles as a Production Supervisor and Project Engineer at Instron Corporation and Deep Sea Systems Inc., respectively. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University.
