Andy King is a Partner and Head of Trade Marks at Mewburn Ellis, with extensive experience as a Chartered UK Trade Mark Attorney since November 2008. Responsibilities include conducting trade mark portfolio reviews, advising on registrability and filing strategies, representing clients in trade mark oppositions, and coordinating international trade mark matters. Prior to this role, Andy served as a Marketing Services Manager at Ledgard Jepson and a Marketing Manager at First Bus, after beginning a career as a Marketing Executive at Corus Engineering Steels. Andy holds a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London and a CIM Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Dearne Valley College, along with a BA (Hons) in Sociology from The University of Sheffield.
