Karina Rybalko is an experienced hospitality professional with a comprehensive background in customer care and hotel management. Currently serving at Mews as a Chargeback and KYC Specialist, Karina has also held roles as an Executive Business Partner, Customer Care Lead, and Customer Care Agent since February 2018. Prior experience includes positions such as Front Office Supervisor at The Emblem Hotel and The Grand Mark Prague, along with various roles at The Mark Luxury Hotel Prague and Kempinski Hotels.
