Mezzanine
Jenni van der Merwe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jenni began their career at Unashamedly Ethical in 2014 as an Organisation Developer. Jenni then moved on to Power Construction, where they worked as an Industrial Psychology Intern from 2013 to 2014, followed by an HR Officer role from 2014 to 2015. Jenni later joined Camino Consultancy as an OD consultant from 2015 to 2016. Jenni then joined Mobenzi as an HR Manager from 2016 to 2018. Currently, Jenni is working at Mezzanine, starting as an HR Manager from 2018 to 2019 and progressing to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer from May 2019 onwards.
Jenni van der Merwe obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Stellenbosch University from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2006, they attended Bloemhof Girls High, but no degree or field of study information was provided.
