Austen Labasik

Austen Labasik currently serves as the Senior General Manager at Nine Fine Irishmen under MGM Resorts International, where responsibilities include training and developing the management team as well as collaborating with the Executive Chef on menu rollouts. Previously, Austen held the position of Assistant General Manager at Nine Fine Irishmen, earning the Emerging Leader Award in September for refreshing the spirits and cocktail menu. Experience at Buffalo Wild Wings involved roles as Bar Manager, Service Manager, and Assistant General Manager across high-volume locations on the Las Vegas Strip. Earlier in the career, Austen worked as Assistant Beverage Manager at ARIA Resort & Casino, managing over 200 employees, and served as Operations NCO in the US Army. Education includes pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership at National University.
