A Michigan native, Barbara maintains a national client base and directs MGO’s tax advisory engagements in the Midwest. In her practice, Barbara personally guides her clients through all phases of the enterprise life cycle, from startup to an M&A or go-public transaction. She delivers creative technical tax solutions to clients in a diverse array of industries, including technology, life sciences, private equity, construction, marketing and branding, consumer lending and cannabis.
