With over 20 years of experience, Rex has extensive technical expertise in handling complex financial reporting matters, including business combinations, complex debt and equity transactions, and share-based compensation. In addition to performing financial statement audits and reviews of public and nonpublic companies, Rex is also very involved in the firm’s employee benefit plan audit practice.
