Kristin Miles is an experienced retail operations and human resources leader with a proven track record of enhancing business performance and improving employee experiences. Currently serving as the Director of Store Operations at Michaels Stores since July 2022, Kristin leads a team focused on overseeing operations across 1,300 stores and driving sales initiatives. Previously, Kristin held various roles at JCPenney from August 2006 to July 2022, culminating in the position of Human Resource Director for HRIS & OpEx, where responsibilities included managing HR systems and functions. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University, Kristin is adept at strategic planning, process improvement, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures.
