Gina Leroux has extensive experience in quality assurance and production support, currently holding the position of Technicienne support production at Micro Bird Inc. since 2014. In this role, Gina is responsible for diagnosing and resolving assembly-related issues, investigating variations in product assembly, and documenting non-conformities. Gina also facilitates communication between engineering and production for technical changes and leads continuous improvement projects. Previously, Gina served as Technicienne assurance qualité at Spiralco, where responsibilities included establishing quality control processes and maintaining ISO certification. Prior experience includes a quality assurance role at ABATTOIR COLBEX in the agri-food sector. Gina holds a Baccalauréat in Biologie médicale from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
