Elias Jones

Elias Jones is an experienced communications and creative solutions manager currently leading a cross-functional team at Microaire Surgical Instruments since May 2010, focusing on strategic communications, marketing, and media execution. Prior roles include serving as an adjunct course facilitator for the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where guidance was provided in applied design thinking, and extensive work as a graphic designer and exhibit designer at various companies, including DAT Solutions and Skyline Displays of Oregon. Elias co-founded EJECT CLOTHING COMPANY, developing a successful sales program, and has a strong background in graphic design from previous positions at Mt. Hood Meadows Ski Resort and Media Artists, Inc. Educational qualifications include a specialization in design thinking from the University of Virginia and a degree in graphic design from The Art Institutes.
