Petar Keković is a Scientist in Bioprocess Development at MicroHarvest GmbH, beginning in March 2022, where the focus is on advancing fast protein production technologies in response to increasing global protein demands. Previously, Petar held positions as an Assistant Scientist and Associate Fermentation Scientist, alongside a role as a Researcher PhD Student at Instituto Superior Técnico from January 2017 to July 2022. Additional experience includes a Guest PhD Researcher position at the Faculty of Technology Novi Sad and Aalborg University, as well as an internship at the Instytut Nafty i Gazu. Petar holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bioengineering Systems from Instituto Superior Técnico, alongside advanced degrees in Biotechnology, Engineering and Energy Management, and Chemical Engineering, culminating in a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology.
