Michael Hurt has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as DRAM Product Integration Manager and previously as a Senior Engineer at Micron Technology since May 2002, focusing on DRAM process integration. Prior to this, Michael worked as an Engineer at Dominion Semiconductor from April 2000 to May 2002, specializing in NAND and DRAM parametrics, and at Lockheed Martin from January 1998 to April 2000, conducting TCAD simulations. Earlier experience includes a role as a researcher on heterodimensional devices at Advanced Device Technologies from June 1996 to January 1998. Michael holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, all from the University of Virginia, with degrees earned between 1988 and 1997.
