Greg Hanson is the current Chief Corporate Development Officer at MicroStar Logistics. Greg has also previously served as the CFO, Emerging Businesses and VP, Corporate Development at Arrow Electronics from January 2016 to December 2017. In this role, Greg was responsible for executing the company's acquisition strategy and leading the finance and accounting departments for the digital and asset value recovery businesses and global operations. Greg also controlled acquisition research, prospecting, negotiation, due diligence, and integration planning.
Prior to their role at Arrow Electronics, Greg served as the CFO, Global Enterprise Computing Solutions from January 2014 to December 2016. In this role, they led the finance and accounting departments globally for a $10B value-added distribution business with responsibility for HR and IT in certain geographies. Greg also oversaw strategic planning, credit, accounting, performance management, integration, and M&A.
Throughout their career, Greg has been responsible for driving returns and improving analytics. Greg has also successfully executed multiple acquisitions and implemented a vision of a career path for finance, improving the talent pipeline and enhancing recruiting.
Greg Hanson completed their MBA at the University of Texas at Austin - Red McCombs School of Business, where they studied accounting and finance. Prior to that, they completed their BBA at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied finance and international business.
