Emily Hawkins, MBA, SPHR has extensive experience in Human Resources and Talent Management. Emily is currently working as the VP of Human Resources at Midland Credit Management, where they are responsible for leading HR strategies. Prior to this, Emily served as the Chief People Officer at Jenny Craig, where they played a crucial role in developing and executing talent development initiatives. Emily has also worked at Mission Federal Credit Union as the First VP of Talent and Culture, where they oversaw all Human Capital strategies and initiatives. Throughout their career, Emily has demonstrated their expertise in aligning Human Capital strategies with overall company goals and ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
Emily Hawkins, MBA, SPHR, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular & Cellular Biology at the University of Washington from 1999 to 2003. Emily then obtained an HR Management Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of California, San Diego, where they studied from 2007 to 2009.
Furthermore, Emily pursued a Master's of Business Administration degree at San Diego State University-California State University, which they completed from 2014 to 2016.
To further enhance their qualifications, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in October 2019.
