Kara Russell is a dedicated educator with a strong background in special education and early childhood development. Currently serving as a Kindergarten Teacher at Midlothian Independent School District since August 2023, Kara previously worked as a Special Education Teacher at the same district. Prior experience includes a role as an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher at Castleberry ISD from August 2017 to May 2021, and serving as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant at Atlas Pediatric Therapy and A to Z Pediatric Therapy from December 2010 to July 2017. Kara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from The University of Texas at Dallas.
