Justin Rutschilling

Justin Rutschilling is a Global Sourcing Manager at Midmark Corporation since June 2017, with previous roles including Purchasing Manager and Product Engineering Sourcing Lead. In these positions, Justin has led strategic sourcing initiatives for next-generation x-ray imaging devices, overseen contract negotiations, and conducted business development reviews with key suppliers while analyzing supply chain operations. Additionally, Justin has developed and implemented global supplier DFx processes and managed inventory systems to reduce costs and mitigate production downtime. Prior engineering experience includes leading projects in electrical product development, designing circuit boards, performing software verification testing, and mentoring co-op students. Justin holds an MBA in Management, Innovation, and Change, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from Wright State University.
