Rachael Puthoff

Rachael Puthoff, MBA, is a seasoned Senior Systems Analyst at Midmark Corporation, with a tenure beginning in May 2015. In this role, Rachael specializes in supporting HR and Payroll functions, predominantly utilizing the Oracle HCM Cloud application. Previously, while serving as a Business System Analyst, Rachael facilitated the transition of HR systems from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion HCM and several Taleo applications. Rachael's early career includes experience as a Billing Specialist-Intern at BNSF Logistics from June 2011 to May 2014, where responsibilities included document processing and customer invoicing. Rachael holds an MBA from Ball State University (2016-2018) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on Management Information Systems from Wright State University (2012-2015).
