Michael Isakson

Michael Isakson currently serves as an Operating Partner on the Private Equity Investment Team. Michael has over 40 years of franchising experience with deep operational experience in all facets of the service sector across industries. Michael’s extensive experience provides Michael with a unique and specialized understanding of the complex inter-relationships between franchisors, franchisees and customers. In his career, Michael was President and COO of the Franchise Service Group/ServiceMaster Global Holdings, where he directed all areas of franchise and branch operations, P&L, and franchise support for over 6,000 franchises. Michael started his career at Service Master over 40 years ago, and has held numerous senior leadership roles across ServiceMaster businesses throughout his tenure.
