Tony DeLio currently serves as an Operating Partner on the Private Equity Investment Team. Tony has 40+ years of experience in specialty ingredients, food and beverage, and agricultural-related industries across a wide range of top-tier global companies. As an operator, Tony brings significant expertise in strategic innovation, M&A, R&D, and consumer and B2B marketing. Tony most recently served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Chief Innovation Officer at Ingredion, a global manufacturer of ingredients for the food, pharmaceutical, and industrial industries. Earlier in his career, Tony worked for Archer Daniels Midland and spent nearly 20 years for Mars, Inc.
